We're Here to Help

Mar 19, 2020

We know how much you depend on your car, especially in these uncertain times. We're here to help. If you need help, your car picked up or delivered or anything else, call us.

These are going to be tough times for many. We want to help. We will be taking 10% off all invoices during this time of need. If you haven't really been affected and want to help someone else, let us know and instead of taking it off your invoice we'll donate 10% to People Helping People in Burlington or the Lexington Food Panty; your choice.

Auto repair is an essential service and we plan on remaining open. People rely on their vehicles to get groceries & prescriptions, go for medical care, to help family & neighbors and get to work (if they're still open). Taxis and ride shares rely on their vehicles to do the same. Emergency services, home health care providers, plumbers, electricians, delivery drivers all rely on their vehicles. We are here to keep your vehicle running & reliable.

We have made some changes to protect the health of our staff and clients:
*We will not be offering shuttle service, it's impossible to maintain a safe distance in a vehicle
*We can't go on test drives with clients
*We have closed our waiting room
*We are offering pick up & delivery in the local area, call us for details. This is a great option if you're in a high risk group and don't want to go out
*On Thursday (3/19) we begin a no contact operational model. If you need service, you will drop your keys off in the drop box. We'll check or service the vehicle, contact you by phone or email, email or text your quote or invoice, take payment over the phone and arrange to leave your keys in one of our pick-up lock boxes. We've talked with our suppliers and they plan on remaining open. They will be taking precautions like we have.
